The beautiful Rifflsee mountain lake, located at 2,300m, is the starting point for many different hikes.  Whether you are planning a simple walk around the lake with the family or want to begin a long tour, you will have plenty of options by the Rifflsee.

You can comfortably reach the Rifflsee with a five minute walk after getting off the Rifflseebahn.  The mountain station and restaurant is a starting point for walkers and hikers.  For a more demanding walk, go along the Fuldaer Höhenweg, the Wanderweg Rifflsee as well as the Taschachtal or hike to the Taschachhaus via the safe Gletschersteig (only recommended for practiced mountain hikers).

Club Alpin Pitztalskiing and hiking school also offers hikes and courses.
